This RFT is for a condition assessment, inventory check and financial accounting revaluation of Gannawarra Shire Council’s building assets, to support the further delivery of Council’s strategic planning and reporting objectives. Council is aiming to deliver a complete review and update of its building assets information to support future maintenance, inspections, renewal planning and financial reporting.
