CSIRO is seeking information relating to the potential future provision for the Goods and/or Services described in this Request for Information (RFI).
Respondents are requested to provide sufficiently detailed information to assist CSIRO in planning any potential future procurement activities.
CSIRO is exploring opportunities to engage an external Facilities Maintenance Service Provider (FMSP) to deliver Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance Services (Services) of Assets across the CSIRO portfolio on behalf of CSIRO.
The Services CSIRO propose to include within scope may include, but may not be limited to:
• Electrical
• Mechanical
• Plumbing
• Gas
• Vertical Transport
• Fire
• Communications/Electronics
• Site Works.
CSIRO through this RFI is seeking to engage with potential suppliers who have the capability and capacity to act as a FMSP delivering the Services on behalf of CSIRO across a number of regions throughout Australia.
CSIRO is exploring how best these Services can be delivered, based on Sites, and is therefore seeking information from potential FMSP’s on what they consider would be the most efficient and effective manner to deliver the Services and offer CSIRO the best value for money solution. This information may form part of any subsequent procurement activity.
