Tender Description
Council is seeking an experienced Landscape or Civil Contractor for the construction of a habitat park with raingarden and passive recreation spaces at 101-109 Talbot Crescent, Kooyong. Works include, earthworks, drainage infrastructure, raingarden, pathways, park furniture, planting and maintenance.
An optional site visit will be held on Wednesday 3 December 2025. Please refer to Part A for further details.
