New Wyong Park Changerooms and Renewal of Merv McIntosh Pavilion

The City of Canning is seeking the submission of a lump sum tender to deliver the following construction project at Wyong Park, Baldock Street, Bentley.

In summary, the project consists of two stages :

•  The demolition of the existing Wyong Clubroom building and the construction of a new changeroom facility in its place, i.e. Wyong Park Changerooms.
•  The renewal and conversion of the existing Merv McIntosh Pavilion into a new clubroom facility.

Both buildings are owned by the City of Canning but located on State owned land across two lots. The City of Canning has been granted a Management Order over both lots with authority to manage, develop, and lease.

The intent is this Request is to procure both building projects under the one tender with the resultant contract to be awarded to a single Contractor to satisfy all requirements.

All electronic submissions files shall be clearly named with the City's Tender Number as stated above and the Tenderer's Name; and lodged by the specified time and date.

Any Respondent found to have canvassed City of Canning officers or elected members will be disqualified from the tender process.
