Expression of Interest - Colac Recreation Centre

As the current tenancy of the Colac Recreation Centre approaches expiry, Council has an opportunity to explore future tenancy models that support community benefit, and inclusive access. These models could include single or shared-use arrangements, depending on community needs and operational feasibility.

As such, Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible community organisations, not-for-profit groups, recreational providers, and other interested parties to use and activate the Colac Recreation Centre building at Central Reserve, Colac (32-40 Gravesend Street Colac).
