The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) requires day to day supervision, cleaning and minor maintenance services for the Coral Bay Maritime Facility, located south of Coral Bay town centre.

An online briefing session will be held on 2 December 2025 3:00 PM.

Attending the briefing session is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. It will provide Respondents with an opportunity to ask questions. Representatives from the Department will also offer guidance on how to submit offers that meet the formal requirements
