2025/26 Road Resurfacing Program – Gympie Region

Tenders are invited to establish a AS4000 Schedule of Rates Contract for the Gympie Regional Council Road Resurfacing Program, covering bituminous resurfacing, line marking, and associated civil works across the region.

The tender is structured as an initial two-year term with three optional 12-month extensions, with rates subject to bitumen price adjustments and annual PPI adjustments. Respondents are invited to submit tenders, taking responsibility for all aspects of the project, including design, programming, material supply and stockpiling, traffic management, spray sealing, pavement marking, and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements, in accordance with Transport and Main Roads Specifications and relevant Australian standards.
