ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ):

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking Quotes from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for contract CON00731 Replacement Site office for Coramba Waste Transfer Station. This contract will be made under the City's Mini Minor Works General Conditions of Contract a copy of which is supplied in the RFQ document package.

NO SITE INSPECTION:

The City does not intend holding a site inspection as part of the tendering process. Proponents are welcome to attend the site unescorted which is on public land before submitting their response

REGISTRATION:

Documents may be downloaded from the etender portal after a one-time registration by the proponent. Registration is free of charge.

ENQUIRIES:

Enquiries should be directed to Andy Gromek Waste Officer via the online forum. All enquiries must be made via the etender portal and the cut off time and date for enquiries is Friday 5th December 2025

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the attached MS Word version of Part 2 and Part 3

Submissions must be fully uploaded by closing time as the etender portal cuts off at exactly 5.00pm AEST

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. City staff except for the named contact above are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the RFQ. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of any City official or Councillor will disqualify that proponent's submission from the evaluation process.
