Residential Renewals Dysart & Clermont

An invitation is extended to you to submit a written tender for the following:

Isaac Regional Council (Council) is seeking qualified contractors to undertake residential renovation works across two (2) unoccupied properties as two (2) separable portions. Council reserves the right to award either part or all portions of the works to a single respondent.

The Separable Portions are:

• Separable Portion A Clermont – 1 Playfair Street, Clermont

• Separable Portion B Dysart – 1 Coleman Street, Dysart

A mandatory site meeting will be held on Tuesday 2 December 2025 at 9.30am in Dysart and 1pm at Clermont. Please register your attendance at the site meetings no later than 5pm Monday 1 December 2025. Please see the Request for Tender document for more information.

Tenders must be in accordance with the attached Specification and Criteria. Please ensure your written tender is lodged prior to the Closing Time, being 2pm Wednesday, 10 December 2025 AEST.

All specification, general enquiries and written tenders must be submitted via the etender portal only. Please do not send tender directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record.
