Invitation For Expressions Of Interest: Old Shire Offices – Hall For Hire Lease Arrangement

Wyndham City Council invites organisations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to tender for the management of Werribee Old Shire Offices (49 Watton Street, Werribee) as a Hall for Hire for community use.

This is part of a two-stage process, whereby Stage 1 invites organisations to respond to this Expression of Interest, to be assessed according to selection criteria. Stage 2 will invite shortlisted organisations to submit a formal tender application. Following this two-stage process, the preferred organisation will be subject to final approval and subsequently enter lease negotiations.

The successful organisation will manage the site as a Hall for Hire and facilitate equitable community access through the management of its hire and use.
