Project Overview:
The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out the upgrade and refurbishment of the existing reception area while maintaining full operational functionality of the premises throughout the works.
The scope of work includes the removal of existing fittings and finishes, installation of new reception joinery, reconfiguration of lighting and power, and the provision of new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes.
Works must be planned and delivered in phases to minimise disruption to staff, visitors, and day-to-day business operations. With additional considerations on dust, noise and sensitive space considerations.
