Tender Description
On behalf of the Rosewood Show Society, 4Front Project Management is calling for submissions for the Design and Installation of Lighting to the Arena at Rosewood Show Society Showgrounds
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders’ licence to undertake the entire scope of works, including design responsibilities.
The site inspection will be a mandatory requirement to tender for this project – a site register of attendees will be kept.
To be eligible, Contractors must hold:
•Current Open Builders QBCC licence
•Public Liability insurance- $20M
•Professional Indemnity Insurance - $5M
•Work Cover insurance
•PQC Level 2 or above
