Kempsey Shire Council invites tenders for the following works at Crescent Head Holiday Park

The project comprises the redevelopment of facilities within the park and includes:

Installation of Cabins: Construction and installation of eleven (11) new cabins by redeveloping fourteen (14) existing powered sites in Area 8, located in the southern section of the park. Works include full connection of services—sewer, water, and electrical—to each cabin.
Demolition and Site Reconfiguration: Demolition of an existing aged amenities block in Area 5, followed by earthworks to reshape the site into three (3) new powered tent sites, including provision of power, water, and wastewater connection points.

Council seeks suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver these works in accordance with all relevant standards and specifications.
