Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) serves and protects communities across Melbourne and Victoria’s major regional centres. FRV operates 85 fire stations statewide — 60 in Greater Metropolitan Melbourne and 25 in regional Victoria. Several regional stations are co-located with Country Fire Authority (CFA) volunteer brigades, supporting FRV’s commitment to an integrated and collaborative emergency services model. To ensure the health, wellbeing, and operational readiness of its workforce, FRV requires reliable access to Hydration Replacement Products suitable for use in demanding emergency response environments.

Through this Request for Tender (RFT), FRV invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of Hydration Replacement Products in single-dose sachet form. The successful supplier will partner with FRV to provide high-quality, safe, and effective hydration solutions to support firefighters and staff across all FRV locations. This RFT seeks to establish a single, state-wide contract for the provision of Hydration Replacement Products, ensuring consistent supply, product quality, and value across the contract term.
