Supply & Construction of Flood Protection Levee, Camp Street Donald

The Buloke Shire Council invites Tenders from competent and experienced contractors for civil construction works along Camp Street in Donald to facilitate the supply and installation of a de-mountable flood barrier.

Civil construction works for supply and installation of a permanent and demountable flood barrier including reinforced concrete footing works, concrete sleeper retaining wall works, underground stormwater drainage works, flexible road pavement works, bituminous works and other associated works along Camp St, Donald.

REGISTRATION: Tender documents must be obtained after registration

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum

SUBMISSIONS: Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 10 December 2025 and Tenders must be fully received by this time. Buloke Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Buloke Shire Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to any Tender proposal. Late, verbal, postal, facsimiled or emailed Tenders will not be accepted.
