Procurement of a service provider for workplace rights training to satisfy requirements of a Workplace Rights Training Allowance under the Sydney Trains & NSW TrainLink Enterprise Agreement
Project goals
Under Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink Enterprise Agreement 2025 (EA), employees are entitled to a Workplace Rights Training Allowance (WRTA) if they voluntarily complete an approved workplace rights training course each year.
The procurement seeks to:
• Engage one or more ASQA-accredited RTOs to develop and deliver three online courses (one per year) covering workplace laws, employee rights, and the 2025 EA.
• Ensure Online accessibility for all employees, with face-to-face delivery available bi-monthly for those unable to complete the Online course.
• Implement the program before 7 February 2026

Once the submitted registration form & signed confidentiality Deed is accepted, access to TfNSW ARIBA portal will be granted whereby registered participants would be able to download the complete set of RFP documents for further participation in this RFP.
