Tender Description
All Goulburn Valley Water Contractors who tender for work with a total of 100k or more will be required to have a third party certified safety system e.g. AS/NZS 4801:2001
Brief Scope:
The Mansfield Raw Water System Upgrade aims to bolster and secure the raw water supply to the township of Mansfield.
The project involves:
i) Construction of approximately 9.6 km long DN560mm HDPE PE100 PN16 pipeline along Delatite Lane, Mansfield-Woods Point Road, Ogilvie’s Road and Highton Lane.
ii) The design and construction of a water transfer pump station at Ritchies Reservoir No. 2 located on Delatite Lane. Including the design and construction of a 5kL surge vessel.
iii) Ancillary work:
a. Cap the existing raw water supply at an agreed location prior to its crossing Ogilvie’s Road,
b. Demolish and remove an abandoned tank and pump station approximately located at chainage 8800 Drawing IA318500-ECC-DG-0035

Note : Goulburn Valley Water, have a long and long policy therefore, all contractors visiting GVW sites must wear long sleeves shirt and long trousers, hats, HI VIS vest or alike, foot protection.
