Quality Assurance Services for Digital Transformation

The City of Greater Geelong (the City) invites Respondents to submit proposals to deliver quality assurance services for the Asset and Customer Excellence (ACE) Program - a multi-year IT transformation initiative that will transform the delivery of asset and customer services. The program will be underpinned by a new Asset and Field Workforce Platform and a new Customer Management Platform.
