Health NZ Nelson – Project Management Consultancy Services RFP

HNZ Nelson requires a wide range of consultants and specialists/advisors to support development of the design and management of the programme of works for the redevelopment of the Nelson Hospital.

This RFP is asking Respondents to outline how they will provide consistent and experienced Project Management Consultancy Services for the life of the project to support Health NZ and all consultants and specialist advisors involved in the programme of works. This will include:

•  your ability to meet the required pre qualifications outlined in this RFP
•  how the suppliers will structure the nominated personnel for the project
•  organisational structure outlining wider support available
•  current and future capacity (noting any concurrent or future projects that may impact the estimated time frames outlined in this RFP)
•  a brief proposed approach to service delivery, including approach to mitigating risks
