Tender Description
NSW Ambulance invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to submit proposals to for the Goods and Services described in Specifications in accordance with the Proposed Contract.
Project goals
NSW Ambulance seeks to establish a panel of suppliers to provide Goods and/or Services for 1, or more than 1, of the 5 categories of Auto Accessories, Tow Truck and Transport Services. The 5 categories sought via this RFT are:
1. Batteries
2. Oils
3. Windscreens
4. Tow Truck Services
5. Transport services
Submissions to each of the 5 categories will be assessed independently. Where a supplier makes a submission to more than 1 category, the assessment of their response in each of the categories they have tendered for will have no effect of the assessment of the other category/categories they have tendered for. Successful tenderers may be invited to supply to one or more than one category.
Scope
The successful Supplier/Suppliers will work with NSWA to ensure:
• Uninterrupted and timely supply of contracted goods and/or services for the NSWA fleet.
• Minimal downtime for fleet vehicles, particularly frontline ambulance vehicles.
• Ensure there is no disruption to any NSWA site while delivery and/or installation of goods or services are provided.
