Construction of Patient Transfer Facility at Gladstone Airport - ITT32 Patient Transfer Facility.
Gladstone Airport Corporation (GAC) owns and operates Gladstone Airport, which is one of Central Queensland's most important pieces of infrastructure. It is the gateway to industry, tourism and an essential part of our transport network, connecting passengers to destinations on their journeys all around Australia and the world.
GAC aims to deliver a world-class regional airport experience and foster the growth of aviation for the benefit of the Gladstone Region.
Overview
The project is construction of new Patient Transfer Facility as per provided design shown in the architectural and engineering drawings, including (but not limited to) obtaining and complying with the conditions of all relevant approvals, Issue For Construction (IFC) and detailed drawings where required, procurement, and construction and commissioning of the Patient Transfer Facility ("PTF").
Objective
As part of the development and improvement of Gladstone Airport, the Principal requires construction of a dedicated, fit-for-purpose, environmentally sustainable PTF to support aeromedical operations and enhance patient care, operational efficiency and emergency response capability for the Gladstone Region. Primary use will be by Royal Flying Doctor Service. The PTF is to include visitor's lounge, solar system with battery storage plant room, 4 new carparks and 1 accessible visitor's carpark, new concrete access point to the tarmac of the facility, and new driveway from Callemondah Drive to the facility.

No questions will be accepted after 4pm on Thursday 4 December 2025.

f. Company Capability Statement including relevant experience on similar projects.
g. Statement of Quality Assurance and Control Procedures.
h. Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Management Plan.
i. Environmental Management Plan (if applicable).

Estimated construction timeline. Submit a construction program in the form of a preliminary bar chart and network diagram, showing following:
- Sequence of work.
- Periods within which various stages or parts of the work are to be executed.
- Critical paths of activities related to the work.
- Allowance for holidays.
- Restraints imposed by the contract documents.
- Significant milestones including separable parts, if any.
- Activity inter-relationships, including those activities to be undertaken by subcontractors and suppliers, both on and off site.
- External dependencies including provision of access, document approvals and work by others.
- The estimated value of work completed for each Milestone
