Tender Description

Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above mentioned contract.

Kingston City Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the upgrade of the dugouts and associated fencing and works, including the replacement of the scores box.

The scope of works for this contract includes the following:

  • Site set up and preliminaries including dial before you dig, services trace etc
  • Demolish exiting backstop fencing
  • Demolish and dispose if existing dug outs, including scores box
  • Provision of a building permit
  • Provision of power point to the scores box
  • Supply and install new dugouts, include tiered seating, batters hooks and synthetic grass
  • Construct new footings for back stop fencing and safety net poles
  • Supply and install footings, posts, rubber matting and soft ball stop netting, as per the design
  • Supply and install new soft netting to the back stop fence
  • Site reinstatement works as required
  • Provision of as built documentation including warranties
