Tender Description

The contract will establish a schedule-of-rates panel of suitably qualified contractors and trades across up to twenty (20) separable categories (including plumbing, general building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, security systems, roofing, fire services, commercial kitchen equipment and related services) to deliver maintenance, reactive and emergency works to Wyndham City Council facilities.

The Initial Contract Term is two (2) years with options to extend for a further 1 + 1 years at Councils discretion.
