City of Port Adelaide Enfield ABN 68 399 090 894 (the Principal) invites persons (Tenderers) to submit offers (Tenders) to undertake the works) under the form of the contract in PART 6 of this Request for Tender (RFT) (the Contract, which includes the documents in PARTS 7 and 8 (respectively the Specifications/Brief and Drawings)).
In brief, the works require the following:
Zone 1 Construction Scope
Zone 1 represents the first stage of the Thomas Turner Reserve Master Plan implementation and includes the following key elements:
• Irrigated lawn and garden areas
• Concrete loop pathway with shared path connections
• Skateable seating and retaining walls
• Site contouring and grading
• Native and deciduous tree planting with garden beds
• Picnic node and large event shelter
• Driveway and parking bays with tree-friendly permeable paving and DDA-compliant spaces
• Swale and Creek bank rehabilitation works including stormwater works
• Rectification works to the Nelson & Grand Junction Road Intersection as a separable portion
