Local Government Contracts Australia (LGCA), would like to invite suitable suppliers to the following opportunity for Event Services, on behalf of Victorian councils in the Western Metro Regional Procurement Excellence Network including;
- Brimbank City Council;
- Hobsons Bay City Council;
- Maribyrnong City Council;
- Melton City Council;
- Moonee Valley City Council;
- Wyndham City Council;
The purpose is to establish a panel of Event Services providers to enable councils to procure these services via the National Local Government Suppliers Register (NLGSR), administered by LGCA.
We are seeking Event Services providers across the following sub categories:
- Traffic Management Services including Traffic Management Control, Traffic Management Equipment Hire and Traffic Management Planning)
- Temporary Fencing
- Temporary Building and Event Equipment Hire including Marquee, Infrastructure, Staging and Audio Visual Hire
- Toilet and Amenities Hire
- Amusements and Rides
- First Aid Services
- Security Services
- Event Waste Management Services including Equipment Hire and Cleaning Services
- Risk Management Assessment Consultancy Advisory and Support
- Entertainers
- Event Management Services
- Event Staffing Services including Temporary, Labour Hire and Contract Staffing
This approach is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient procurement process while enabling suppliers to be visible to other participating councils within Melbourne, Victoria and nationally.

Important Deadline:
The suppliers are required to complete their Request To Qualify via the LGCA portal for the NLGSR in full by 5pm AEDT Friday, 12th December 2025.
Please note: The LGCA Supplier Register will remain open after this date for future opportunities with other councils, however, late registrations may impact suppliers eligibility to access council opportunities.
