External and Interim Audit Services

Alexandrina Council seeks quotes for the provision of external and interim audit services to assess and report on the Councils financial performance, management and compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

The Auditing services are required to provide:

1. Assessment of financial reporting and financial management performance

2. Compliance with Local Gov Act 1999 & Other relevant legislation

3. Independent audit opinion of

• Year End financial statements
• Effectiveness of financial internal controls

Further requirements for provision of the audit services, are included in the Specifications, detailed within the RFQ documentation.

Council will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful Respondent.
