Asset Valuations

The Rural City of Wangaratta (Council) seeks to engage a suitably qualified consultant to prepare a comprehensive independent valuation report for assets controlled by Council for the following asset classes: Roads, Bridges & Off -Street Carparks; Footpaths & Cycleways; Parks, Open Spaes & Streetscapes; Land Improvements; Drainage; Recreational, Leisure and Community Facilities.

The valuations are required for financial reporting (in accordance with AASB 13, AASB 116, AASB 136), insurance, and asset management planning. All valuations must be performed at the component level where applicable and must comply with relevant accounting and valuation standards.

Tenders will include the following:

• Completion of Response Schedule (on the provided word document), detail to include:
• Qualifications and experience of valuation team
• Proposed methodology and timeline
• Examples of previous similar valuation work
• Completion of Schedule of Rates Refer to 5.1 Individual or Seperable portions

Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided and base their tenders accordingly.

Submissions

All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered.

Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
