Provision of the Design Installation and Monitoring of Security Service for CHW

Central Highlands Water (CHW) is seeking submissions from suitably experienced and resourced suppliers for the provision of Design Installation and Monitoring of Security Service for CHW. The intent is to maintain and monitor CHWs current systems (Inner Range and Avigilon) as well as offering security system monitoring services.

There is also a requirement (optional) for the management and deployment of patrols for alarm responses. This component needs to adhere to the Victorian Governments Boosting Conditions and Pay for Security Workers requirements

The Contract will be a combination of a fixed priced component (for the design, supply and installation of additional sites) and a schedule of rates (for ongoing maintenance, support, monitoring and alarm responses).

The Contract will be for an initial three (3) year term with provision for a further two (2) year extension at CHWs discretion. The offering of an additional option will be subject to acceptable Service Provider performance and adequate levels of customer service satisfaction during the preceding period.
