Background:
Dogwood Crossing - Art Gallery & Community Centres, Miles, is a vibrant facility that delivers quality and enriched services to the community and visitors, connecting people, entertaining, engaging and inspiring creativity through literature, visual arts, technology and experiences.
The facility is equipped with multiple air-conditioning systems, several of which have reached the end of their operation life. The main ducted system has lost one of its four condenser units, placing additional strain on the remaining units.
Council has attained professional services of consulting companies to design and scope the new system and roof platform. These are required to be installed and working to its full ability.
