This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Buyer is seeking to enter a Professional Services arrangement with a suitably skilled Seller that can demonstrate the capability, capacity and experience to deliver the requirements.
Working under direction, the successful Seller will deliver a comprehensive review of the Buyers, Corporate and Cross Government Services Division (CGGSD) divisional functions, the General Manager governance responsibilities and uplift of the Buyers business system ownership processes.
A key deliverable will be the provision of a practical roadmap that establishes a divisional operating model which supports capability uplift, and balances resourcing levels.
Proposed improvement initiatives within the operating model are to be implemented in a manner that reflects best practice approaches across both the public and private sectors.
