Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

Scope:

The Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (“SMCT”) is Australia’s leading provider of cemetery, cremation and memorialisation services. Administering nine cemetery sites within Melbourne, SMCT is a Victorian Government public body and not-for-profit organisation employing 305 staff across nine sites.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm Monday 8th December 2025 via Buying for Victoria (Tenders Vic) website.

Please note that failure to attend MANDATORY site visit will deem any Tender submissions void.

All questions must be submitted by 2pm Thursday 27th November 2025 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Wednesday 3rd December 2025 .

Note: Attached is a VPS Contract which needs to be reviewed as part of the submission process.
