Tender Description
Austin Health invites suppliers to submit responses to this Invitation to Supply (ITS) for the supply, delivery and installation of shelving, baskets, trolleys, and related accessories in accordance with the product specifications provided in the tender documentation.
This procurement supports the Austin Emergency Department Stabilisation Project (AEDSP) and aims to establish an ongoing partnership with a supplier capable of delivering customised shelving solutions that meet hospital standards for both the AEDSP and the broader Austin Health organisation.
All supplied items must provide durability, functionality, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Products must be of high quality and designed to meet the specific needs and spatial requirements of the hospital environment.
Suppliers must demonstrate the ability to manage complex AEDSP staging and provide flexibility to meet project requirements.
The initial contract term will be five (5) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions at Austin Health’s discretion.
Briefing Session
A briefing session will be held on 24 November 2025 01:00 pm.
Notes: Suppliers are advised that attendance at the online briefing session is limited to those who meet the mandatory criteria outlined in Attachment 3 – Statement of Requirements. Suppliers who do not meet the mandatory requirements are not permitted to participate in the online briefing session. Microsoft teams meeting link will be shared with suppliers who meet mandatory criteria. To pre-register for attendance and obtain the meeting link, suppliers must submit an email to Procurement@austin.org.au no later than 3:00 PM (AEST) on Thursday, 20 November 2025.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
