This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is looking to engage an enthusiastic Senior Network Engineer to join the Modern Workplace Program. They will join a skilled multi-disciplinary team to develop the current and future state network architecture. The successful candidate will participate in section planning for short term tasks and contribute to strategic planning for long term initiatives of the AEC. The role will assist the AEC’s transition to Cloud as part of the AEC. Work as part of a BAU team or Agile Delivery Teams or the System Team.
The candidate must hold an active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement.
Key duties and responsibilities
Role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Help develop the current and future state of the network architecture;
- Participate in section planning for short term tasks and contribute to strategic planning for long term initiatives;
- Assist with the transition to Cloud services; and
- Perform additional responsibilities as required and directed by the relevant Director/Team Leader;
