Tender Notice Relocatable House

South West TAFE has for sale by tender one dwelling currently being constructed as part of our Pre-apprentice training program at the Sherwood Park Campus. A four (4) bedroom house is available for removal from the second half of December 2025 or January 2026.

The house is constructed of timber cladding with Colorbond roofing, fitted with Stanford four-panel doors, cathedral ceilings, skirting and architraves and has been built with a view to relocate to a permanent site.

It is suitable for use as a permanent residence, holiday accommodation or office building.
