Project Management Services Bassendean Oval Stage 2 Development

Project Management Services to facilitate Stage 2 of the Bassendean Oval Redevelopment for the Town of Bassendean.

The Town of Bassendean is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Project Management Consultant to project manage Stage 2 of the Bassendean Oval Redevelopment Project to deliver the key outcomes:

Schematic design with independent cost estimates to the value set by the client.

A separate independent WA Treasury standard business case.

Details of the Conditions of Contract, Specification, Selection Criteria and Attachments are provided in the Towns RFQ Document.

RFQ documents are available from Saturday, 8 November 2025 and can be obtained via the Towns e-procurement porta.
