Multiple Culvert Condition Inspections

The City of Karratha is calling for Tenders from competent consultants to carry out Level 1 Visual Culvert Inspections in accordance with the Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA).

All enquiries are to be directed to Roanld Wildschut, Senior Civil Engineer via the City of Karratha etender online forum, under this Tender notice.

There is a non-mandatory briefing that will be held at 10.00am (AWST) on Thursday 13 November 2025.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha's etender Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha's etender  Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA ETENDER PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify.
