Provision of Fleet Maintenance Repairs and Tyres

This Arrangement for Provision of Fleet Maintenance Repairs and Tyres services is tendered for under a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (Local Government Regulation 2012 s232). It is intended that the successful Tenderers will join an existing panel of suppliers and be capable of providing the goods and / or services outlined in this Tender at a predetermined price. This will enable Council to utilise Suppliers without the need to obtain quotations during the Term, pursuant to Local Government Regulation 2012 s232. FCRC is not obliged to request any or any minimum services from a Supplier under this arrangement.

FCRC is not obliged to ensure that each Supplier has an even number of requests for work under this arrangement. FCRC reserves the right to obtain quotes on large projects and / or quantities to obtain cost savings. FCRC may cancel the arrangement at any time by written notice to the Tenderer and may also remove Supplier’s on the Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers in accordance with the Conditions of Tender (particular attention to the Additional Conditions of Tender for panel arrangements).

The Principal is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for CP006 - Provision of Fleet Maintenance Repairs and Tyres.

This invitation to offer is in eight (8) separable portions (categories), council may only award any portion depending on funding availability. Council requires the tenderer to price portions (categories) they are tendering for.

The eight (8) separable portions are:

1. Mechanical Servicing and Repairs; (all Fleet Vehicles, Forklift & Marine Services)

2. Glass Repair and Replacement;

3. Mobile Repair Service (for any of the categories).

4. Auto Electrical and Air Conditioning;

5. Tyres Repair and Replacement;

6. Hydraulic Repairs;

7. Metal Fabrication & Panel Repairs; and

8. Detailing Services

The Council may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers.

- Non-Price Response Form: PDF including all supporting documentation as one file. This PDF must not contain any price related criteria.

- Price Response Form: Excel
