Thredbo Rehab Culvert Relining Works

⁠⁠⁠Project goals

Design, supply and install a reinforced concrete internal liner (150 mm thick) to 4 × 2250 mm dia corrugated steel culvert cells (~17 m each) at Thredbo River on Alpine Way MR677. Provide temporary works and staging methodology (forms/moulds), surface prep and cleaning, reinforcement fixing, concrete/grout pumping, curing and progressive advancement to complete all cells.

Scope

The works under this contract involve structurally relining the existing ARMCO pipes with a system that restores strength independent of the host culvert, prevents further deterioration, and achieves a 100-year design life.

An online non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday, 19 November, 2025 at 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
