Rockbank Waters Estate – Greigs Road Branch Sewer

Egis Consulting Pty. Ltd. in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following contract:

Construction of approximately 720 metres of DN300 PVC, DN375 PVC & DN375 GRP Branch Sewer as part of Rockbank Waters Estate for CountryLand Australia Ltd., within the City of Melton.

Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC1 (Reticulation/Branch Sewer less than 280mm or less than 5m in depth, SC2 (Branch/main Sewers >DN280), and SC7 (Any Live Sewer Works).

The tenderer must hold the relevant accreditation category(ies) and provide the relevant Key Personnel. The tenderer is not able to subcontract the accreditation or supervision by the Key Personnel. Subcontractors can be still used for labour and plant and/or specialist services, e.g. boring, directional drilling, testing, etc.

If not accredited in the required category(ies) a tender can still be submitted but the required accreditation category(ies) must be held prior to the contract being signed. The tender process will be less time consuming if tenderers are already accredited.
