External HSE Consultant / Auditor Panel

Development Victoria is seeking to establish a supplier panel of HSE Consultants / Auditors and Environmental Consultants / Auditors offering the best available value for money to provide the services set out in this Expression of Interest (EOI).

Consultants / Auditors on the panel may be required to perform the following services:

• Provide safety and environmental (HSE) consulting input for allocated projects
• Provide the planning, delivery and reporting HSE and Cultural heritage compliance auditing services from time to time (generally every 3 months, but frequency may vary based on risk, performance, or at Development Victoria’s discretion) at allocated projects
• Provide follow up activities (close out of identified issues) on completed audits at allocated projects.

and / or

• Provide Environmental consulting input for allocated projects
• Provide the planning, delivery and reporting Environmental auditing services from time to time (generally every 3 months, but frequency may vary based on risk, performance, or at Development Victoria’s discretion) at allocated projects
• Provide follow up activities (close out of identified issues) on completed audits at allocated projects.

NOTE: Appointed Environmental Consulting and Auditing activities will be performing management system compliance auditing and consulting. Environmental Consulting and Auditing activities are not to be read as Environmental Audits and Consulting covered by Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) appointed Auditors and consultants (refer: https://www.epa.vic.gov.au/for-business/find-a-topic/environmental-audit-system/environmental-auditors.

Successful Bidders will be placed on a Supplier Panel from which Development Victoria may then select one or more Bidders to provide the services or bid for future projects within the Supplier Panel Term.
