Tender Description
Tenderers are to ensure submissions are uploaded to the etender portal as early as possible to avoid disappointment with the submission being cut off at closing time.
Late or manual submissions will not be accepted, Contractors are to ensure sufficient time is allowed for upload.
Check documents for accuracy prior to upload, completed pricing schedule must be uploaded for submission to be deemed conforming.
Contract Agreements will be sent electronically to the successful Tenderers where your Signatories will be required to insert a digital signature
Description of Works
The principal items of work include the following:
a. Replacement of BBQ shelter including removal of existing shelter and shed, earthworks, footings, slab, installing new shelter, BBQ, electrical connection to BBQ and associated works.
The electrical connection has to be from electricity pit that is located 14.2m northeast of the angling club and it could be connected by an underground bore pipe from this Ausnet Pit including installation of a meter panel and switchboard or as directed by the Superintendent.
b. Construction of DDA compliant footpaths, parking and shared area with bolted bollard.
c. Construction of several picnic tables and bench seats on concrete slabs, (DDA compliant where specified on Drawings or as directed by Superintendent).
d. Construction of minor civic infrastructure including bin stands and bicycle stands.
