Pinnaroo RSL - Expression of Interest

The Southern Mallee District Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested and suitably qualified parties for the purchase of the former RSL site in Pinnaroo. Council welcomes a broad range of proposals that will make positive use of the site and contribute to the vibrancy, livability, and economic growth of the Pinnaroo community. Innovative ideas that align with community needs and support local development are strongly encouraged.

*Interested parties should note that the property will be sold as is and Southern Mallee District Council will not be making any improvements.

Project Overview

•  Promote Local Collaboration: Foster partnerships with local organisations, community groups, and businesses to ensure the project aligns with community aspirations.

Evaluation Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated based on:
