Accessibility Upgrades - Maldon Neighbourhood House

This project will allow for the demolition of the existing toilet building and be replaced with a new building that will incorporate a DDA compliant toilet, children's toilet and one female and one male ambulant toilet. The building will also include a laundry and cleaning room as requested by the committee.

As part of the construction an accessible covered walkway will be constructed to provide shelter from the weather as it is outside access.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT

Due to the complexities with access to the site it is mandatory that potential respondents attend the mandatory site meeting.

The meeting is an opportunity for potential respondents to review the site and constraints and to ask questions and clarify any concerns or details before they submit their tender.

To be eligible to tender for this project, respondents must have attended the mandatory site visit. Council will not entertain any claim on account of a failure to do so.
