Provision of Tree Maintenance Services 2026-2030

Council is seeking Tenders for the provision of services for the maintenance of Council owned trees across the Shire. Works include but are not limited to the recording and proactive management of the tree population, promoting their health and resilience, monitoring for pests, disease and risk of failure, proactively addressing structural defects and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the streetscapes for the community.

For the purpose of this Tender, the Shire has been divided into four (4) tree maintenance work zones, one (1) electrical line clearance package, and one (1) after hours emergency works package (a total of six (6) potential works packages).

Tenderers are able to bid for one (1) zone/package of works, a combination of their choice, or for all zones and works.

It is Councils intention to award one (1) zone, or a maximum of two (2) zones and after hours works to any one Tenderer from the Tendering Process. Electrical line clearance may be awarded to a separate Tenderer, or Tenderer who was also awarded zone(s).

Council proposes to appoint multiple contractors for these works for an initial contract term of four (4) years with four (4) options for further extension by Council for one (1) year each.
