Kerb and Footpath Renewal Program - 2025-2026

The Surf Coast Shire Council invites tender from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of concrete kerb and footpath renewal works to occur in early 2026.

Details of the project and the scope of works are set out in the tender documentation.

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time.

Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Tenders not complying with the requirements - for example, tenders submitted by facsimile or email, will not be accepted.

It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.

Tenders are to be lodged no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 26 November 2025.

Late or incorrectly lodged tenders will not be considered.
