Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the reconstruction of 161 metres of Pearl Court, Dodges Ferry from the intersection of Whitefoord Parade together with the existing cul-de-sac.
The works include, but are not limited to, excavation, stormwater drainage works, supply, placement and compaction of sub-base and base material, two coat seal surfacing, placing compacting asphalt, concrete and gravel footpaths.
A pre-tender meeting is scheduled for 11:30am on Tuesday 11 November 2025. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory.
Tenders must be clearly marked “Tender for Pearl Court Reconstruction (C-26-T-002)” and must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Sorell Council Office, 47 Cole Street, Sorell or received by mail prior to the closing date. Tenders will be accepted up until 2:00pm on Monday 24 November 2025.
Neither the lowest nor any Tender will necessarily be accepted. Late Tender responses will not be considered.
