Provision of an Online Community Engagement System

The City of Kwinana (City) is looking to proactively engage our community on specific

programs, projects, and city events. The City of Kwinana is searching for a local government platform that is a user-friendly portal for both residents and city staff to engage and provide two-way resident feedback across multiple languages. The City outlines its ideal requirements for an Engagement Tool within this document.

The City requires the provision of an online community engagement System that includes a suite of online community engagement tools, that will enable Council to connect and engage with the community.

This Request seeks the provision of software and/or related services. Respondents are advised that the Citys standard Terms and Conditions of Contract are not applicable to this Request.

The successful Respondents software licence or subscription agreement will form the basis of the Contract, subject to review and negotiation by the City to ensure compliance with the Citys legal, data governance, and insurance requirements.
