This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (the Department) requires the Seller to provide a configuration review in lieu of complete Penetration Tests for the Security Sensitive Biological Agents (SSBA) Web Application.
The system adopts a Cloud Service Providers (CSP), Microsoft Azure with the required service offering, an Azure platform-as-a-service (PaaS). The CSP has provided this as a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) platform for the Departments Azure Foundation Landing Zone, in turn will host individual application landing zones, such as SSBA.
Keeping in mind that the Departments AZLZ controls the through put between the SSBA system and inherits security from the AZLZ as well, SSBA will be a smaller test.
Each Stage will require its own boundary penetration test report.
The Department is seeking a partner that can provide penetration testing deliverables as per the attached Statement of Requirements.
