Tender Description
District Council of Grant (the Council) invites quotes from Respondents for the provision of consultancy services to work with the District Council of Grant (the Council) to prepare a prospectus identifying potential community and commercial utilisation opportunities at the Mount Gambier Regional Airport site, including the vacant land and internal operational facilities.
Scope of Work
The successful consultant will be responsible for:
• Data Analysis – Site analysis, review of Master Plan, Council and regional planning and strategic plans.
• Research & Analysis: Understand regional economic trends, aviation demand, and investment appetite.
• Benchmarking - Similar projects and assess market demand
• Stakeholder consultation – community, businesses, retail, Council and government agencies.
• Content Development: Draft persuasive copy including executive summary, project rationale, financial projections, stakeholder benefits, and risk mitigation including possible visualisations for promotion of opportunities.
• Develop messaging tailored to institutional investors, government agencies, and private equity.
• Prospectus completed that provides an up-to-date capacity assessment of infrastructure and incentives to create future growth and opportunities for investment.
The Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Respondent
