Parliamentary Printing Services

The Department of the Legislative Assembly, Parliament of Victoria, for and on behalf of the State of Victoria (ABN 57 505 521 939) is seeking responses to this Request for Expressions of Interest for the provision of Parliamentary Printing Services.

The Request is described in the Request Documents, which are available for download below.

Note that there is no Part C document issued as part of this Request.

Scope:

The Supplier must print, deliver and distribute various types of the Parliamentary Documents (currently 11 types) as requested by the Parliament (or the relevant Contact Office (as the case may be)) from time to time.

They include:

i. Bills:

• House Print Introduction 1
• House Print Introduction 2
• Amended Print
• Royal Assent Print.

ii. Legislative Assembly's documents:

• Notice Papers
• Shrink wrapped sets of Votes and Proceedings
• Shrink wrapped sets of bills.

iii. Legislative Council's documents:

• Notice Papers
• Shrink wrapped sets of combined notice papers and combined Minutes of the Proceedings.

iv. Hansard:

• Bound sessional volumes (Legislative Assembly)
• Bound sessional volumes (Legislative Council).
